Gemstone Texture Pack Terms of Use

The textures available in the Gemstone Texture Packs, (hereinafter referred to as "Gemstone Texture Packs" and "Materials") are provided by Gina-Marie "Netjera" Hammer, and may be used for the following purposes only. Copies may only be downloaded subject to the provisions below.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, you may not reproduce in any form or by any means any portion of the Materials without the prior written permission of Gina-Marie Hammer.

By downloading these Materials, you agree to the terms set out below ("Terms of Use"). If you do not agree to them, do not download the Materials from this site.

Limited LICENSE:
The Gemstone Texture Packs are copyrighted and any unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Use of photographs and screenshots:
Copyright in all photographs, screenshots or images is owned by Gina-Marie Hammer and NetjerSoft.

You may not post thumbnails, composite images, screenshots, or textures from the Gemstone Texture Packs. You may post a link to the Gemstone Texture Pack Home Page, for citation, blogging or review purposes. You may link back to blog posts on our site that contain images of the Materials, but if you wish to directly use an image for any of these purposes, please contact us.

Use of software:
The Gemstone Texture Packs are made available to download from this Site and are the copyrighted works of Gina-Marie Hammer and NetjerSoft. They are available in compressed archive format. Each texture has an individual file, and is guaranteed to be no smaller than 128x128. The download also includes a complete directory of all screenshot composites for easy visual reference.

You may use these textures for art projects, game development, and web development projects. You may use these textures in any standard modeling program or game engine. You may use them for commercial or non-commercial games. You may modify or recolor them for these purposes.

You may not post these textures, recolors, or derivative textures made from them, for download, display or resale on any website. You may not claim these textures as your own. You may not upload or repost these textures anywhere, or use them for other projects, without the express permission of Gina-Marie Hammer.

Any works containing these textures, belongs to you, although credit is always much-appreciated. If you use these textures on a model you create, which you then choose to sell, you MAY include one copy of each of the corresponding textures in your content pack for the convenience of your customers. However, you MUST give Gina-Marie Hammer or NetjerSoft credit for the textures. If you use the textures in this way, you may not create another content pack using the same textures without purchasing another license. You have unlimited use of these textures for modeling, art and development. However, if you include the textures in a content pack which you resell, you must purchase a license for every content pack that uses them.

This is a license, not a transfer of title, and is subject to the following restrictions: You may not: (a) modify the Materials or use them for any commercial purpose, or any public display, performance, sale or rental, except as outlined above; (b) decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble software Materials except and only to the extent permitted by applicable law; (c) remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the Materials; or (d) transfer the Materials to another person. TERMINATION OF THIS LICENSE:
Gina-Marie Hammer or NetjerSoft may terminate this license at any time if you are in breach of the Terms of Use. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Materials.
